Meet the star of Al Borgo, Chef Tiziano!
Chef Russo Tiziano is born in Sedriano, Italy. He started cooking since young with his family of 20 as his first audience. His love for Italian cooking grew and got his first job as a chef in an Italian restaurant near his hometown. Since then, he never stopped cooking and grabbed the opportunity to move to Singapore and work for Al Borgo 6 years ago. When you come and dine with us, You will not only see Chef Tiziano in the kitchen but also at the dining area interacting with the customers.
